The good thing is that the Contractor did not live up to his side of the agreement and is legally not only owed NOTHING but is also liable for damages. Thus, the need for patience and allowing the contractor to demonstrate fully his incompetence or ill intent. Open and Shut CASE!!! NOW we can move forward and with the proper respect so deservingly achieved!!! Old Joe
