Qc/Qa is the required norm. If Noront says there are discrepancies or inconsistencies in the returned Assay data they would know exactly where and to what degree there are such discrepancies or inconsistencies. Thus, as reported it was not a general mix up in core samples but the returned assay data failed the Qc/Qa test once in Noront's Professional Geology teams hands. They know where the inaccuracies are and likely can track down there the Lab screwed up. As a reasonable precaution they have elected to have the Lab re-do the full batch rather than tell the Lab 'here is where you screwed up' and thus risk having the Lab figure out their Qc/Qa security procedures. The onus is now on the Lab to fix their PROBLEM. Noront has once again proven they can and do DELIVER for their Share Holders. Old Joe PS: Wonder who is hurting the most now? Manipulators can NOT win this one!
