I think you raise valid points, but, we are both speculating as we don't have the inside skinny. Now allow me to further speculate. The idea of compromised assays is just so toxic that until they can clearly define it for the public and completely extricate it from any further association with NOT data, they will not risk exposing it to the same light as positive results. It is much better to give it some breathing room tactically, hence your format for an update would not be acceptable. For me it is what the release didn't say that was exciting, not disturbing. Because you state that you believe all will be well in the end, speaks to the point that there is value here and that NOT is finding it. And find it they will in DE2 &3. We'll have to wait for the book to find out the whole truth in the fullness of time.

"Second, the news of DE2 is now eight weeks old.....are you suggesting they have nothing in the pipe other than waiting for these drill results.....so now you turn this around like it is the fault of impatient shareholders....I don't buy that for one second

The distrubing thing about the release was not in what it said....it's what it didn't say....that was no update.....I would have expected something like the following:

Update: now drilled x number of holes at De2....visuals include blah blah blah....drilling another anomoly....showing promise....perhaps visuals....sent to lab....blah blah.....staked x more claims...new drill arriving.....new JV with partner x.....Airborne surveys showing the following....blah blah...management is very encouraged...and about the samples we are waiting for....quality control issues....being resolved....doesn't involve past samples.....will update shortly.....drilling continues....expected date of NI43-101

Now that would have been an update...the question for me is why they did not provide a real update and concentraded solely on the lab problem...."
