it would be easy to think that tampering has gone on to cast dispersions on the NOT story and cripple progress, to say nothing of lowering the sp, however, one would have to consider the gravity of this type of manipulation. With the past fiascos in the mining industry and the resultant processes set up to mitigate their reoccurrence, one would have to have a very healthy Swiss account to risk participating in such an activity..... and a very fast jet. Just some fun thinking.
