Profitz, I can't even imagine your first scenario (holding back info so as not to discourage warrant exercise) happening. That would be one of the most monumentally stupid (forget about illegal, immoral, etc) moves of all time. NOT would have essentially been risking killing its ability to ever go back to the market and raise more capital, and I don't think those that held those warrants lacked in ability to discover a time line that would have sunk NOT. Retail shareholders like us are far more forgiving than those that take down big chunks of stock and warrants in PP's.
I think things went down pretty much like the NR indicated - and I think the low volume of stock trading over the last couple of weeks before the NR is provides support for that notion.
With all the cores that we hope will be sent to labs over the next couple of years, this likely won't be the last screw up. It's unfortunate, but stuff happens.
