is needed to identify a problem.I am a professional elevator mechanic,if i find a major problem in an elevator and it i going to cost lots of money and time,i will take my time and investigate that problem,take it apart,look at it from all the angels my training has taught ,use all the tools i have to make sure it is a problem,because if my intense training has taught me anything , before i call in the powers to be and tell them this is going to cost a small fortune to fix i better be dam sure i mean,dam sure that there is a problem,because nothing is worse than a miss diagnosis,you loose all credibility.So for the sake of the management of Noront i understand what they went through before they went public to protect the company and with that, the shareholders,of which we should not forget they are too!!Mr.Nemis did not fail,in fact he saved us.I think we all can imagine if this problem went undiscovered,and someone other than the company uncovered the error.Well you could have kiss our Hopes and Dreams goodbye because the shorts and the MM would have destroyed us,they are always waiting in the backround like a snake, just waiting to strike.In my books after siting back thinking about the last couple of weeks,i realize Mr.Nemis and team are even,and i mean even better than i had already thought they were.faithfully grateful,paliman
