Miskealp,last week we had that issue of more that one handle come up.I was sent a pm by the person involed and he had a very valid reason why you can have more than one handle out of an IP address.Here is a scenario,two students are in collage share the same room.One invests in Noront and gets a handle on Agroacom,he follows and posts.Noront goes up .Now his roommate see this and invests in Noront too and gets a handle too.So student #1 is reading posts now has to go do something but leaves the agoracom page open.Now student #2 gets home and sits down to see whats happening with his stock and starts reading posts on Agoracom.He reads a post he wants to add to so he posts a reply.The only problem is he posted by mistake from the open page witch was student #1 handle now the members on the Agoracom site,being ever alert notice the two handles from one person.Now we all know that students are always broke and in this case only student #1 had a computer with IP address so they were sharing,i think we would all agree that it is easy to jump to conclusions,hell i am guilty of this myself but,that being said there are real reasons why they allow more than one handle from an IP address,too limit this would punish the poorer of the investors that do not and can not afford an IP address.The pros that abuse the system will always find a way to do so.the only defense we have against the pros are each other and on this NOT form i think we do real well at spoting the imposter's.If student #1 and student #2 read this please keep posting because we need every one.Even if you think you have nothing to add,i can tell you every one has things they can add.I and this form would have never known how the handle thing works and why until an incident like you guys happened so please keep posting.I am sure every one on this form knows the students i am taking about.gratefully,paliman
