I think you're likely correct, Sum4All, in fact, generally there's more than one side to the story of a mess up (perhaps someday will get all the details, but probably not). There's just a very strong bias here, and it has great impact on one's perspective.

One would think that if the lab were fully culpable, they would do everything they can to get things straightened out asap. Let's see what happens and when.
