Through a friend of mine, I am aware of 3 retired guys who do the pump and dump game. They usually play in the penny stocks buying 100's of thousands of shares. They work together buying and selling on rumors without substance. Apparently they have invited my friend into their game as he is one of the guys relative. As far as I know my friend has resisted. Although I do not know who they are I do know they are out there.
