You may or may NOT be surprised by the real level of integrity most LOW LEVEL employees in these types of situations actually have. I know from personal experience that it is these employees or contracted workers that most often exhibit the most profound level of both Loyalty and compliance to Confidentiality Agreements. They are so much so in most cases where there is no underhandedness or moral coercion involved with respect to the work or job that it is even difficult to read in or extrapolate from their manner of behavior any thing of discernible meaning as to gaining undue advantage in situations such as what we are experiencing here. All that one often can conclude is that there is something there to be interested in. With that, it is very often much easier to read the body language of the So Called Financial/Business professional types. Guess the mind set acquired prior to and during Business/Commerce training leave the obviously Ambitious more predictable, both in manner and behavior! Old Joe
