Patience, we will get there. $5 is a critical resistance and the price movement, while welcome, does not yet indicate we are moving above $5. We are still within a normalized trading range; short term up, intermediate term down, long term up. When investors are willing to to hit the ask at volume above $5 we will have an intermediate term-break out, until then, holding with patience :)
