I would assume that the sp increase has not as much to do with smoke about about an E4, as something concerning AT3 or a corporate issue. It could be as simple as NOT returning to a more appropriate valuation factoring in some incentive as the sp was seen to be gathering more momentum and the expectation of assays soon.
