QQ, HSS might be on to something there. I bought some MKR a while back and was a bit surprised when they showed up at the ROF. Then we find out that a relative of the CEO Jens Jensen had done all of the staking and then sold the claims to Melkior. I was quite p.o'd at the time by this non-arms length deal. I think you reported that link as well. Could it be that there is an old personal relationship here with Jens and someone at Norilsk?

I am double checking, however, I believe you are not correct in your assumption that Melkior is staking for Norilsk. I could be wrong but my DD tells me otherwise.
