JPM reports talk with Xstrata

Not about buy over the Not or the ROF area but there are talks about the ROF area. THis talk is for 99% about the Xstrata-Indophil-Copper venture and some other projects.

BHP Billiton, the world's largest nickel producer, earlier said it will invest as much as $1.5 billion in a nickel project in the Philippines. That in 2008-2010.
