Just a hunch, but I would guess that the reason it hasn't been made public has more to do with Canadian privacy laws rather than verbal content.

Doubtfull that NOT would make public peoples images without first seeking their permission. Not everybody wants to be on TV.

If you've ever watched a documentry and seen peoples faces "blurred out"... just a hunch. :-)
