Canadian Dollar is edging closer to par with US, Oil price dropping as more slow down indications from USA. None of this has a lot of effect on Noront's prospects.

Today we see more low volume but with over 100K shares trading it does look like Noront and other players in the ROF are regaining a tiny bit of lost ground.
