Poly they way I look at this slow moving higher trading range on low volume is:

-fewer people are willing to sell

-shorters are less confident in a lower share price

-we gain a position that would allow us a higher high when we launch.

What would concern me, would be if we saw a fare, put not huge share value increase on high trading volume, with out news. This would indicate a leak and the likelyhood that when the good news were to be released, a lot of the bang would be muted.
