I agree strongly with CMP. The sp reflects DE1 only. There is nothing else that is part of the company that is being counted and that's including the 50 million plus in cash we have.

No Windfall, Clarence et al not nothing. The interest is in DE and DE alone.

Mr. Nemis must take note of this once more and truly consider splitting DE fromm the rest of the company. I daresay the split would not effect the DE sp one bit. We would have our company back with some added value.

I see no reason to hold off on this issue. The shareholders have been loyal to the company. A split would give us the share holders a bonus and a well deserved one at that. A 1 for 1 share for share would make me happy.

The world is waiting for results from DE2 and its as simple as that. Nothing else will do it appears. This mindset of investors only reinforces the idea that a split is one of the logical "to do's" to get share holders some value....Don
