Anyone who hasn't read this paper should do so. It reads like a movie script and one we are living through at the moment at McFaulds. I can see Paul Newman having a starring role in this one lol (Remember "The Sting" ) It is so accurate that when I look at my portfolio, I'm almost embarrassed.
