PERMA BEARS

I find it quite amusing that "our" perma bears on this forum (who I haven´t put on ignore, because I like to have a laugh from time to time) are clapping their hands when one of them is starting to post with a more "negative touch".

The situation is really funny and reminds me of some kind of theatre play:

"Hey, I try to transform something (or should I say nothing) into a "real" argument for my opinion and good to see that you see it the same (pessimistic) way, too.

And by the way, the audience doesn´t understand that they are wrong, anyway.

But we need to carry on in order to prevent that the "not so informed" are loosing a lot of money."

And that´s my point: just make the effort and look at "certain posters" histories on this forum (and compare it with their view on other forums on Agoracom and elsewhere) and you will see everything from swings in opinion (forwards and backwards) and just monotonous pessimism (most of the time very unsubstantiated).

On the other hand there are a lot of positive posters here (sometimes probably a little bit ahead of the time in regards to their optimistic statements) but try to concentrate on the FACTS:

1. Noront has drilled spectacular (unprecedented) grades of Ni, Cu and especially PGE´s at James Bay.

2. Noront has drilled spectacular grades at Windfall and is building a ramp to access the gold.

And there are numerous other high caliber properties in their portfolio (i.e. Burnt Hill) that could turn out to be mines in the future.

But the Perma Bears are using every opportunity to spread doubt about this fantastic company and the management. But that is all short-sighted and not related to the "bigger picture".

So I would offer the following advice:

If you have done your DD and you don´t think that neither Double Eagle nor Windfall will be a mine in the not to distant future because

- the ore bodies will not carry enough tonnage (DE)

- Noront will not find any more deposits (DE)

- it was just a "one hole wonder" (Windfall)

- the other companies (area plays) have borrowed money from the market and are spending these millions "just for fun" and "area plays never work out"

then don´t buy NOT shares (or any of the area players), or sell them if you already own them.

But if you are looking at this company with it´s history (management, credibility, reliability, honesty, success rate) and believe in some of the positive geological assumptions regarding the McFauld´s area and the stringent development at Windfall then the only conclusion from my point of view would be:

don´t be influenced by short term swings (share price, market situation, arguments from bulls vs. bears) but look at the wonderful long term prospects of this company, buy and hold tight until you reap the reward of your decision made in a very difficult environment.
