1. Much is made about the ~$50 Million in cash that NOT has. What is a good amount for a jv drilling explorer to have in the bank in general? As I look at other companies, is $10 million good? $20 million good? How much does it cost to drill holes and pay for lab results?

2. Can somebody post a link to an article or the topic of staking? I mean, simply out of curiousity, what does it take to "stake" some ground in the ROF? I mean, could three or four of us get together, form an LLC and claim a couple of acres for the fun of it? When a company put in claims does it actually cost anything? Who owns the land in the first place?
