That's not a bad idea but, can you image management actually discussing strategic positioning like that with shareholders?

Like many I puzzle over FNC because I can't help thinking a jv with Noront would be to their shareholders benefit. FNC does have some cash but not enough to fund an in depth and 'deep' probing of anomalities on thier claim. They'll have to hit paydirt fast and then push for a private placement to raise necessary funds. A jv with Noront means twice as much initial drilling can be done thus doubling chance of a good solid hit on mineralization.

In addition FNC's share price has been hurting and that at the moment doesn't look like changing. Closer ties to Noront would go a long way to putting shine back on their prospects.

Noront management knows far more than me about potential value here and we know they talk and co-operate somewhat with FNC management. I'd love to think a jv is a 50/50 possibility but realistically feel it's a lot lower.
