For all of you guys who worry about a 10% buy in and what it may be worth and why would they do it etc etc, do yourself a favour and read "The Big Score". It will tell you why Diamond Fields let a major buy in and what was in it for BOTH parties. And, NO, only needing 41% more % so they could take over DF was not a reason the major bought in. As a matter of fact, that was one reason Diamond Fields sold 10% because it was agreed upon that the major gave up their 10% voting rights to DF so that no one else could make a hostile takeover bid. Reading this book should be one of the main things you do if you are sincere about doing your DD. Regards, Shaquille
