I will admit that I was initially taken in by this poster, and it was only when some people pointed out the discrepancies that I realised the post was questionable.

What is perhaps the most salient point here is that together, each with our own insights and strengths, we can see and understand far more than we are likely to individually. That is the strength of a community that relies upon and values each individual.
