I don't think the Ontario government will have a problem with getting a road built. I beleive they will do what ever necessary to advance these projects as quickly as possible.

Manufacturing has been suffering in Ontario to say the least and it has been forecast that within a few short years they could easily go from a HAVE to a HAVE NOT province.

So it will be in the best interest of the Ontario government to jump on the commodity bandwagon and provide the infrastructure necessary to deal with these large developments.
