Neil told me that Noront will be using 3 drills. When their JV with FWR is ready to drill, they will use one of these 3 drills.

My guess is that since drill 4 is very portable, they can maybe use it back and forth between jv...But NOT has enough anomalies and work to keep 3 drills going and that is the impression I got from NN yesterday.
