RBC have been having a few glitches with their new site, but what is important to remember is that the rating is based on a poll of analysts, and their own analysts' ratings may not even be inlcuded in the rating if RBC are not covering the company. Ican see no documentation on their site that indicates they are. In fact, the analyst rating consenus of a "1 - Strong Buy", may even refer to the Genuity analyst rating....
