Well although I'm hoping that RBC's current "Strong Buy" on NOT is correct, I do agree that there are some glitches within their system. If you look at other ring of fire plays, use BMK and SPQ as examples, RBC has them rated as a "Strong Sell", something's definitely screwy because we all know that BMK and SPQ are not strong sells, they may not be strong buy's as of yet, but they are more somewhere towards the middle then they are sells.
