Cadillac Total issues = 22,075,00 recent pp + (pp 4,200,000+ 625,00 option to directors and consultant ...May 08 news )

Noront holds =1,850,000 ( ~ 7%)



Tungsten project ,Noront final stake = 35 % + 7 % Cadillac shares

NN of SPQ and Voisey of UC are on board of director...

so far,Noront does not need to invest any money

In my opinion, RN and the management has taken care of our investors
