Babjak1; It is a word play. I expect that unless definite dates are given in a definitive statement, either oral or writing, then any response (and I have heard responses if not from the horses mouth then from its _ _ _) giving a generalized response to a request on the matter can only be taken as an aspiration to an end result. Then there is the Professional doing the actual Work on the NI43-101. They can themselves hold up the completion of this work indefinitely so long as they are seeking the best data possible to make and then back up their conclusions. Once the Professional submits their report it is subject to Managements scrutiny and their legal council's acceptance. And then there is the Exchange. They can play games with its acceptance for publishing for some long time. Thus even if there was a specifically stated date for publishing a NI document, the Exchange can make that not the case. Thus it is always subject to cooperative acceptance by the Exchange up to the point of inflicting unnecessary harm on the Company.... Old Joe PS: Personally, I think fighting City Hall is easier!
