Nice calculation. Not being picky but you mixed sq meters with cubic meters.

If we take a low grade and get the number $540/ton from vinny88, we get 4.5 ton/cubic meter x $540/ton =$2,430/cubic meter.
Then 600,000 cubic meters x $2,430/cubic meter = $1, 458,000,000.00 for one pod/deposit.

It's lot less than your suggested number, but it still adds a great deal to NOT value.
