Yes we have no SEC and secondly JPM is not being paid a dime. However, Agoracom is being paid ( a couple of grand per month I think) and they also received 250,000, yes count them, shares as a signing bonus.

If you want to vent I suggest you get the facts straight and go after the guys who are supposed to be doing the IR.
