Sorry buy your missing the point and how can you possible construe a reasonable request for information as a 'set up'. There was nothing argumentative involved in the request for specific information of a nature that if released could not possibly upset regulators.

Who ever responded to the request just didn't want to bother giving such information publicly to 'retail' investors. Further more it's not surprising that forum members with a lot of money invested in Noront shares were not happy with either the tone nor content (lack of) in the response.
