The MARKET does NOT "UNDERSTANT' anything. Carrots and Beach Rocks are capable of understanding as they both have physical substance, while mere concepts like MARKETS are pure CONSTRUCTS of the Social mind! Old Joe PS: Market participants are but a different matter. And it is Market Participants that cause MARKETS to be IRRATIONAL and NEVER RIGHT or WRONG!
