What lands? Were Probe's and NOT's claims both previously held by Condor Diamond Corp. and Greenstone Exploration Company Ltd.?

If so, there maybe some legal agreements not clear between the two (PRB and NOT)? Does this mean that PRB could be contesting NOT's Eagle1 also? Or does it mean that Not is contesting Probes property ownership?
