Come on guys, Probe put out a news release that was open to interpretation to the detriment of Noront. There is currently NO jv between the two companies.

Probe screwed up by not having the news release reviewed by Noront prior to issuing. Now Noront has to go back and make things clear.

Will be cleared up today and the shame of it is that a jv between the two companies is likely good for both. Mind you that's a matter of negotiation and Probe just handed Noront a stick to beat them with.
