The new vision of RN mentioned several months ago would clearly be to consolidate the core area of McFaulds.

PRB is negotiating not to exite McFaulds but to consolidate the land package...JMHO

That could be to take some NOT paper instead of drilling it themselves.... or to Jv this package with NOT.

My vote would be to take NOT paper.... reduces risk to PRB holders, creates a better land package for NOT to negotiate with a major... and provides upside potential for the PRB holder if a portion of those shares are diveyed out.... Just makes sence.

The same would hold true for FNC....JMHO

If the core of McFaulds is brought together under a single entity, then the Majors will have to bid against each other for NOT

For PRB to sell off is plain insanity... I have a few stink bids in so bring it on!
