Yes, the lawyers were reviewing Noront's wording of release early this morning and I know Dick Nemis was on conference call at 10:15 this morning with lawyers.

Two things could delay release, one is that the TSE will have to review it and approve it. Other would be Probe since Noront will likely provide them the courtesy of showing it to them prior to release.

Best situation I see is if the release is put out by BOTH Noront and Probe which unfortunately means Probe lawyers have to approve too.

If I had any free cash it would be spent buying Noront shares 'right now' because there could be 20 cent increase coming on tail of corrected news.
