My guess is that the play to make would be increased infrastructure for support to native communities, which I believe that Neil Novak and a number of others are trying to angle. If the government will bring the road to the mining site (WHEN it starts, not if), then the royalties of the mine could be used to connect Webequie (sp), Marten Falls, and perhaps the eastern towns by the Debeers mines.

Pure conjecture, but there is a win-win feel to it, no?
