Sneezer just woke up(in between night shifts)

What you need to look at is the strength of the asks and bids. This morning when this started trading the size of the bids were much larger than the asks and the asks were easily taken out and the price of NOT was moving up quickly(this can often happen with high volumes)

As we have watched the price of NOT slowly go down, what we often saw was asks popping up 100 at a time always undercutting a larger and/or previous ask. The take out of this under selling asks can give the impression of a downward movement. Of course this can also work via bids.

My point was( and this was early in todays trading) the size of the bids tended to be much larger than the asks. And the asks were being taken out quickly.
