I'd be very surprised that a 'Major' would have much interest in Windfall until such time as a 43-101 is well underway. That's one of the main reasons for proceeding with the portal and access ramp. This access is not only for bulk sampling 3 zones but will also be use to drill horizontally to define and get a handle on size and grade of other zones.

Getting maximum dollar for the shareholder is what Dick Nemis excells at but he needs the right ammunition to do so. Just can't imagine a situation at this time that would involve letting go of Windfall. Besides even though rich there isn't anything to indicate Windfall is even close to a 'World Class' resource that would attract a 'Major' yet.
