I have been in NOT for about 1 year now in and out trying sometime to play with the market but have not had much luck with it or enough knowledge to do it correctly.
I have had sideplays in SPQ,FWR,BMK for a period of time also but went down and lost some money when everyone was going down!
I have tried to hit and home run wich might very well happen with sideplays for a while,but after soul searching ,i sold every sideplays and put all my eggs in NOT when the sp went down at 3.30 and decided at that time that the oppurtunity was worth the risk !
Here is my thinking on this,with so many sideplays why would i take a chance to hope on a sideplay when the MOST obvious choice right now is NOT.
If and wich sideplay hits,not will benefit from every hit the sideplay make while still working on their land.
For example i really liked FWR but the sp has been stuck from 28 to 31 for a while now while NOT went up almost 70 cents since last thursday,i made a nice profit.
But suppose fwr hit(and they might) then stock will have a huge boost and investors stand to make a lot,but what do you think that would do to NOT SP????
That would only proove that the area is loaded and that while we keep drilling who knows what we will continue to find and where we will go.
I know it is dangerous to have all your eggs in the same basket and it might not be reccommended and i will live with what i lose but by tring to hit home run on sideplays while NOT will not be affordable very soon,i just think it his safer to have my money in NOT and if the sideplays hits,well great,my NOT will be even better for it.
I am by no mean criticissing any sidedeplays,i am just saying that my best shot at making money with the entire area right now and safer investement HAS TO BE NOT !
I rather have 7500 shares of not,than 5000 and having the rest in the rof because the 2500 share might add up to a hole not when we get to sleepy range!
Thanks for reading and i know it might not be the safer way to do it,but the way i see it,if NOT goes down with what they found and goes to 1.00$ and stay there.....then all sideplays will be down and i would not of made any money wit them either!
