Pink Sheet Pricing

My TDAmeritrade account shows NOT's Friday closing price as $4.0087. Stockwatch shows the Canadian closing price at $3.96 which at the current exchange rate is $3.8889 US—12¢ less than my broker's price.

I have no intention to sell but it annoys me that my US broker can't get the price right.

Has another US investor noticed such discrepancies?

Can anyone on the board speak to this issue?
