For Noront to be able to convince these people to come on board into a full time management position speaks volumes in and of itself. These people are far from dummies and have to see a lot of value from joining Noront. They won't be doing this for short term, instant gratification but must see one bright, bright future for Noront.

Now think about what the new vision for Noront must be in order for these people to 'buy into'. I'll admit to have a lot of skepticism about forum talk of 'New Vision, yada yada' but these appointments stopped me in my tracks. It doesn't seem to me that Noront will just sell off their ROF holdings, distribute cash and retire to mine Windfall. These people are going to establish Noront as a serious player for years to come.

Noront is no longer a Tier 2 Junior Exploration Company in my opinion.
