I guess there is a lot to be said for the money aspect, however I am wondering if it is benificial for the company to let the SP linger in this range for a while. This will allow the new board members to get settled in and to make as many arrangements as possible with other operators in the area prior to giving any NRs that may kick the SP higher.

The higher price will surely raise the neighbors SP as well and make any deals more expensive for NOT. If this is the case, it wouldn't surprise me if we see the SP in this range for a while then rise quickly with a few good NRs.

I guess it really doesn't matter if we are in until the price is in the $20+ range. This would probably happen in the same length of time.

Probably the people that are quite eager to see an immediate rise are hoping for a quicker turn around on their investments.
