Noront have only said that they will release the 43-101 on DE1 when they have it and both they and the TSE approve it.

Yes this does give them wiggle room and I for one would love to hear Managment state clearly that they are aggressively pursuing the preparation and release of this long awaited report. The delay is, I feel, a major reason for the concern about Noront and eroding share value.
