Facts don't really back up your theory. Noront was in discussions with Probe and frankly if they were serious and really thought Probe claims had 'the right stuff' they'd still be talking. That little hissy fit expressed in news releases by both parties wasn't the kind of thing you'd see from serious negotiations.

Noront has their hands full whit the ground they already have by way of ownership and jv arrangements and while they'd be interested I get the impression it would be at their price and not what Prb/Fnc/Spq etc. might like to see on the table.
