hey fellow NOTonians........Big thanks to Bentonstocks for being willing to stick his whole head in the lions mouth.....suggesting the replacement of RN was bound to start a brush fire.(I admire that)
While I feel for his pain regarding the share price I do not share his solution. If it were true that a CEO of any company was incapable or unwilling to promote, then yes, maybe a change of CEO would be in order......but .....is that the case with NOT? I think NOT. We know from past history that RN loves his shareholders.....so....my guess is he is not out to hurt us. Why is he seeming to do nothing(in the eyes of some) about the languishing SP.....that is the question de jure for sure. It appears that if he needed help in the IR department, he would go out and get it. Look who he hired in the last two weeks to help. He hired the BEST!!! The man is not going to make moves like that, then just ignore another facet of his business.
Why he is 'appearing' to not promote....I don't have a clue....do you? Many posters, including myself , have tried to figure out what is going on in the background.....nobody as of yet has come up with the definitive answer.....it's just NOT visible yet!!!! When it is known then we can hand out prizes to those of us who had it figured or part figured.
The main thrust of Bentons missive was the SP......all of us would like to see a more realistic SP......I believe, as others have said, that the drills will take care of that issue. This I have no doubt will happen and is happening as we discuss 'what's wrong about NOT' as opposed to 'what's NOT wrong about NOT'
........great discussion today......thanks Benton......bandades should help with the minor flesh wounds........cheers....sambone
