Good luck with that petition.You don't know who you're dealing with.These aren't some flakes at a broker's office,these guys are the Plunge Protection Team,a new type of "revenooer" and they can't be touched.Don't you wonder why they haven't been stopped yet after how many years?They naked short at will and also try to control the POG,which incidently makes them a ton of dough.They aren't having much luck controlling the price of oil but they're not giving up either.There is no end in sight,JMO.
