You'll be amazed how much land NOT owns and how many JVs (WSR, GZZ, Intrinsic, SV, Bold, HUI etc.) NOT has in ROF.

A great hit from any drill will give NOT a big lift. Lots of news are on the way. 'Summer selling' definitely is not a good idea this year.
